When you use our “Request Equipment” form or contact us, we collect:

• Name
• Company (optional)
• Country
• Phone / WhatsApp number
• Email address
• Equipment requirements and any other details you provide

Automatically, when you visit our website:

• IP address, browser and device information
• Pages visited and usage data, via cookies and Google Analytics

2. Why we collect it

We use your data to:

• Respond to your enquiry and send suitable equipment options
• Coordinate sourcing, quotes, inspection, shipping and related steps
• Communicate with you about your request and our services
• Maintain business records and comply with legal obligations
• Improve our website and understand how it is used

We rely on your consent (submitting the form), and our legitimate interest in operating and improving the business.

3. How your data is stored

Form submissions are sent to our business email and stored in our customer relationship management (CRM) system. These may be hosted on servers outside your country, including in Australia and other locations used by our service providers. Where data is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected consistently with this policy.

We do not sell your data. We may share it only:

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No online transmission is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our website and services are for business users and are not directed at children.
